• 12-hour shifts available: days 7a-7p, nights 7p-7a
• Census 13-17 patients with 1-8 admits per shift
• Multiple hospital sites with varying ICU coverage
• Closed ICU at most sites, open ICU coverage at some
• Code team responsibility across all locations
• Pool coverage model with flexible scheduling
