New York Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its Massapequa practice, caring for a well?established and diverse patient population. This role includes four clinical days focused on managing both acute and chronic conditions, along with one administrative day to support documentation and care coordination. You will practice in a collaborative private practice environment that values continuity of care and thoughtful, relationship?based medicine. This opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking balance, strong patient connections, and long?term professional stability.

Salary Transparency

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Base Salary Range: between $275,000 - $300,000 annually
