Job Description

About this role: 

As a Rheumatologist you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you'll join a group with a great team dynamic and work with a Rheumatologist who will mentor and support you! 

  • You will practice at our established clinic located on the St. Vincent Regional Hospital campus in Billings, Montana. 

    • Clinic is equipped with onsite infusion center 

    •  You'll have support from a pharmacist and nurse dedicated to prior authorization paperwork 

  • Typical Schedule: 

    • Monday – Thursday , 10 hour days 

    • 2 half days on Friday per month

Compensation:  

  • Base Salary: $339,000.00 per annum 
  • wRVU Conversion Factor: $50.00 per wRVU above threshold 
  • wRVU Threshold: 6,080 per year 

Incentives:  

  • Relocation: up to $20,000.00 (based on moving location)  
  • Starting Bonus: $25,000.00 
  • Student Loan Assistance:  up to $100,000.00  

What you’ll bring: 

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine 

  • Residency training in Internal Medicine 

  • Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology 

  • Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one 

  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one 

  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process 

  • Candidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
