**Role Overview:**
This role involves providing comprehensive urological services, including clinic consultations and scheduled surgical procedures. The position includes a mix of outpatient care and on-call responsibilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to excellence, adaptable, and eager to make a meaningful impact in the community.

**Required Skills:**
- Unencumbered MD/DO license in any U.S. state
- Completion of Urology Residency from an accredited U.S. training program
- Proficiency in urological surgical services
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- DEA certification
- Ability to pass a government background check

**Nice to Have Skills:**
- Experience with advanced urological procedures
- Prior on-call experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

**Preferred Education and Experience:**
- Urology residency training from a U.S.-accredited program
- Prior clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and professional development

**Other Requirements:**
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations (7 days per month, including one weekend)
- Ability to perform scheduled procedures and manage patient emergencies on-site
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, with some on-call hours in the evenings and weekends
