AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Hospitalist to join our established orthopedic team on Florida’s beautiful Atlantic Coast. This employed opportunity offers an inpatient-focused model with a 7 on / 7 off schedule within a mission-driven, nonprofit health system.

•  Employed position with AdventHealth Medical Group
• 7 On / 7 Off block schedule (7:00 AM start Day 1 – 7:00 AM end Day 7)
• Inpatient-focused orthopedic hospitalist role
• Shared call model with 6 orthopedic surgeons
• Modern facilities with advanced imaging, anesthesia, and surgical services
• Epic EMR system

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient orthopedic care including consultations, admissions, and post-operative management
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospitalists, APPs, nursing, and ancillary teams
• Participate in shared orthopedic call coverage
• Support quality initiatives and team-based, patient-centered care

Candidate Qualifications: 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for Florida medical licensure
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative approach
• Interest in inpatient orthopedic care and co-management models
