What You’ll Bring: Essential Skills and Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Proven experience in emergency medicine, ideally in a high-volume, Level Four trauma setting
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle a diverse patient population

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with telemedicine consultations, including telestroke and telecardiology services
• Familiarity with trauma protocols and dual provider coverage
• Previous work in trauma centers or similar high-acuity environments
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse communities

Preferred Education and Experience

• Completion of an accredited residency in Emergency Medicine
• At least 1-2 years of post-residency emergency medicine practice
• Experience with trauma levels and critical care management

Other Requirements

• Availability for open shifts in March 2026 and ongoing through 2026
• Ability to manage roughly 40-60 patient visits per day
• Willingness to participate in dual provider coverage rotations
• Certifications in ACLS, ATLS, PALS, and BLS preferred
• Telemedicine proficiency is a plus

This opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonuses, paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws, and reimbursement for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses when applicable.
