Practice Overview:

• EMR Platform:EPIC
• Practice Setting:Outpatient care at Longstreet Clinic, Oakwood, Georgia
• Care Team:Collaborative team of 4 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers
• Clinic Hours:Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Patient Population:Ages 2 and up; providing acute care, preventive services, and chronic disease management
• On-Site Services:on site laboratory, EKG, and an aesthetic practice
• Support Staff:Experienced dedicated clinical and administrative staff
• Specialist Access:Convenient proximity to a wide range of specialists within the NGHS network
• Community:Located in a thriving, fast-growing, and family-friendly area
