Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Specialist
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional passionate about advancing patient care in hematology and oncology? We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology specialist to provide expert outpatient clinical services, enhance patient outcomes, and contribute to our compassionate, patient-centered approach. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on-site 3-4 days per week, delivering comprehensive outpatient consultations and follow-up care without the demands of inpatient responsibilities or call duties.
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in relevant state(s)
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology
- Proven proficiency in outpatient clinical management, including new patient consultations and follow-up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate care and oversee treatment plans effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Prior involvement in collaborative care teams
- Knowledge of current oncology treatment protocols and guidelines
- Strong organizational skills for managing outpatient caseloads
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of post-residency experience in Hematology and Oncology outpatient care
- Relevant fellowships or specialized training in oncology or hematology
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start by February 25, 2026
- Ability to work on-site most of the week with minimal travel
- All necessary licensure and certifications up-to-date
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment
Position Details:
