As our Cardiology Section Chief, you will lead and innovate within a prestigious, established, and growing employed practice in scenic Prescott, AZ. Every day you will provide 0.8 FTE of dedicated clinical cardiology care, directly impacting patient outcomes and serving as a role model for best practices. Concurrently, your 0.2 administrative FTE will be dedicated to departmental strategic planning, establishing cutting-edge protocols, conducting comprehensive provider performance reviews, and championing professional development initiatives for our cardiology team. You will actively collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer to elevate patient experience and integrate into a robust leadership framework, including participation in the Yavapai Regional Medical Group Leadership Council and shaping future medical education programs for GME candidates, medical students, and APPs.
To be successful in this role, you will possess board certification in Cardiology with a proven track record of clinical excellence and leadership in cardiovascular medicine.
