Anesthesiologist - Duluth, Minnesota

Aspirus Health is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team in Duluth.

Position Highlights

• Highly collaborative and flexible anesthesia team
• 12 weeks of vacation per year
• Call schedule: 1:11 rotation
• Weeknight rotation: 4:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1:11)

Practice Environment

• Level II Trauma Center
• Diverse case mix including:
  • Ambulatory procedures
  • Orthopedics
  • Urology
  • Vascular surgery
  • CT surgery
  • ENT and healthy pediatric cases
  • Open heart surgery
  • No transplant cases

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform epidurals, nerve blocks, and central line placements
• Work in a collaborative care model with CRNAs
  • 80% CRNA oversight and team-based care
  • 20% independent practice
• Partner with a highly skilled pre-operative team to support efficient, high-quality patient care
