• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 4 days in office, 1 day work from home
• Low patient census with focused care
• Call only twice monthly
• Maximum 750 patient panel
• Board certification required
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• Just outside of Boston
