Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $285,000
  • Performance-Based Incentives: wRVU productivity bonus and quality bonus
  • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
  • Student Loan Repayment: Up to $150,000

Qualifications

  • Degree:  MD or DO
  • Certifications:  BE/BC Family Medicine
  • Licensure: Must be eligible to receive an Illinois medical license
  • Sponsorship: J1 or H1B eligible
