We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to provide exceptional diagnostic and rehabilitative hearing services in a dynamic clinic setting. Required Skills:
- Active Washington state audiologist license or eligibility
- Proven proficiency in performing diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone air and bone conduction testing, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry
- Ability to interpret test results accurately for patients and physicians
- Strong communication skills to advise on medical follow-up, hearing aid options, and ear protection
- Experience in hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience with pediatric and geriatric populations
- Familiarity with audiology software and hearing aid programming
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual communication skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
- Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) or equivalent (for Master’s degree holders)
- Prior clinical practicum experience during education
- Current BLS certification
Other Requirements:
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Washington State license in audiology
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Ability to conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for hearing aids
- Willingness to travel or attend additional training as needed
