Job Title: Family Medicine Physician (Partnership/Ownership Potential)

Location: Powhatan, VA (Greater Richmond Area)

Schedule: Full-Time, 4.5-Day Work Week (Friday Afternoons Off)

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our highly respected, independent private practice in Powhatan, VA. Led by our dedicated, board certified Family Medicine physician and mentor with deep roots in the community, our practice offers a rare opportunity for a physician to step into a thriving patient panel with a direct path toward long-term leadership and practice partnership.

• Comprehensive Clinical Scope & Mentorship: Provide the full spectrum of primary care to a diverse patient base, with a primary focus on adult and geriatric medicine. As a prominent preceptor for VCU and other regional institutions, we are committed to providing exceptional mentorship. Whether you are an early career or experienced provider, you will have exceptional support and the clinical autonomy to explore niche areas of interest.
• Dedicated & Tenured Support Team: Work alongside a cohesive team with a tenured support staff. You will be supported by a dedicated LPN and your own MA, allowing you to focus on your patients.
