About the Practice

Join WeStar Obstetrics and Gynecology, a premier independent practice in the heart of Westerville. We are a dedicated team of 3 Physicians, 2 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs), and 1 Nurse Practitioner who believe in a patient-centered, collaborative approach to women’s health. Qualifications

• Education: Board Certified or Board Eligible within 2 years of completing residency in OB/GYN.
• Experience: New graduates are highly encouraged to apply! We provide an environment where early-career physicians can thrive.
• Licensure: Active Ohio medical license (or willingness/ability to obtain).

Key Responsibilities & Practice Model

• Supportive Mentorship: We pride ourselves on a culture of Supportive Mentorship. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or a recent graduate, our team of three physicians is dedicated to your professional growth and success within the practice.
• The "Call" Advantage: Our practice model is designed to protect your time. Our Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) cover the primary call, handling routine labor and triage. As the physician, you are only called in for C-sections or high-acuity surgical needs, significantly reducing middle-of-the-night hospital visits.
• Surgical Excellence: Perform procedures and surgeries with access to the DaVinci robotic platform at Mt. Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital.
• Comprehensive Care: Provide traditional OB/GYN care within a physician-led, multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation & Premier Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Salaries starting around $320,000, commensurate with experience.
