Genesis HealthCare System has an employment opportunity for a BC/BE Cardiac surgeon. We are interested in candidates with vision in regard to delivering outstanding patient care, and expanding the program within the Heart, Lung and Vascular group.  The positions primary focus is cardiac surgery with the option to include thoracic or vascular cases.  The team consist of 10 general cardiologist, 3 EP cardiologist, 4 interventional cardiologist, 2 vascular surgeons, and 2 cardiac surgeon.  

Position Highlights:

• Required procedures include coronary bypass, heart valve surgery, TAVR (optional),Watchman,  MitraClips, thoracic, minimally invasive thoracic procedures and EP surgeries.
 
• Annual volume exceeds 175 heart cases  per year.
• 1000+ PCI per year 
 
• Physician office attached to hospital in Medical Office Building
