Join Our Inpatient Team as a Hospitalist - 7 on/7 off Schedule

Hospitalist – 7 on/7 off | Work With a Collaborative, Integrated Care Team  

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join our cohesive inpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values a manageable patient load, strong nursing collaboration, and a predictable block schedule. 

Position Highlights 

• 25-bed hospital with an average daily census of 10 patients 
• 7 on / 7 off schedule 
• Round on patients starting at 7:00 AM 
• Integrated clinical rounding with nursing at 8:30 AM for improved coordination and patient outcomes 
• Physicians will have continued communication with nursing during on-call hours, with the possibility of screening possible admissions in collaboration with our emergency room physicians.   

Requirements: 

1. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 
2. Licensed MD/DO in ND and MN
