Position Highlights: 

• Work-Life Balance:  4.5-day work week
• Practice Setting: 3 exam rooms per provider, outpatient only
• Ideal Work Environment: FQHC that focuses on continuity of care, X-ray, pharmacy, lab services all available to patients
• Favorable Call Schedule: Call is a maximum of 2-3 weeks per year, by phone only
• Culture & Support: 12 APPs in the office for support, dedicated MA to each physician, and a shared nurse per pod setup, AI scribe options, robust onboarding support

Compensation & Benefits:

• Financial Package: Base salary starting at $275k with value and quality bonuses (RVU)
• NO CAP on Earnings! Current physicians have documented earnings of $400k.
• Sign-On Bonus: $20k

Qualifications: 

• Certifications:  Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 6 months)
• Licensure: Active SC license or ability to obtain one
• Experience: New grads to experienced physicians welcomed
• Sponsorship: J1 sponsorship available
