This full-time, salaried role blends clinical practice with education: spend 40% of your time caring for patients and 60% leading resident training, curriculum development, and program administration.

What you’ll do

• Provide leadership for pediatric medical education and develop a robust, ACGME-aligned pediatrics curriculum.
• Deliver didactic lectures and hands-on teaching; supervise and evaluate residents in clinic.
• Maintain an active clinical practice (40% clinic time) in the Family Medicine Residency Clinic and model best pediatric practices.
• Serve on key program committees (Clinical Competency Committee, Program Evaluation Committee) to ensure accreditation and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. in Pediatrics
• 3–5 years of clinical experience and demonstrated leadership
• Active Ohio medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience teaching resident physicians
• Curriculum development experience in pediatric medical education
• Familiarity with ACGME accreditation and competency-based evaluation systems
