Your Opportunity:

BJC Medical Group Primary Care at Missouri Baptist Medical Center - 227A is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to join a high-performing primary care practice on the main Missouri Baptist Medical Center campus. This is traditional, continuity-based outpatient internal medicine — panel-based care with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. On your week of call, you round on your own patients. No handoffs. No strangers at the bedside. Just the kind of longitudinal care that defines great internal medicine.

• Outpatient-primary with inpatient rounding on call week
• 36 patient-facing hours per week, Monday through Friday 
• 1:6 call rotation
• Inherit a portion of an established panel and build your own
• Panel-based, continuity-focused model — acute, preventive, and chronic care

Role Purpose

The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
