Position Overview:

• Location: Wilmington, CA (Remote from the specifics of address)
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, averaging 20-22 patients daily.
• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and promote preventive health measures.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care in compliance with all applicable standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in electronic health records.

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine (BE/BD).
• Possession of an active, unrestricted California Medical License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Valid DEA license.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate ranging from $140.00 to $145.00, commensurate with experience.
