Emplify Health by Bellin ~ Family Medicine MD/DO for Iron Mountain, Michigan

Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established, patient?focused primary care clinic. This outpatient role offers a four?day work week and a Team-Based Care Model that supports efficiency and work–life balance.

Our clinic has a positive, supportive culture we put patients first and take care of each other. Team members are always willing to help, creating a collaborative, community?focused environment.

The ideal physician will see patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. Additional skills are welcome, including concussion management, IUD/Nexplanon insertion, and pessary care. We also support providers who want to introduce new services to meet community needs.

Practice Detail: 

• Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40hrs/wk, 32 hrs/wk of Patient Contract Hours)
• Flexible clinic hours
• 15-20 Patients per day (Opportunity to grow over 20)
• Onsite:
• Radiology
• Lab
• Physical Therapy
• ENT (weekly rotation)
• Ortho (weekly rotation)
• EMR: EPIC
