Location: Iron Mountain, Michigan

Bellin Health is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity to practice in a team-based, supportive environment that prioritizes both high-quality patient care and work–life balance.
Our clinic fosters a positive, collaborative culture where providers support one another and are empowered to grow their practice while meeting the needs of the community.
Position Highlights
- Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- 32 patient-facing hours
- 4-day work week
- Flexible clinic hours
- Patient Volume:
- Typically 15–20 patients per day
- Opportunity to grow beyond 20 patients/day
Practice Details
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine
- Care for patients of all ages (newborn to geriatrics)
- Team-Based Care Model to enhance efficiency and support

Additional Clinical Interests Welcome
Physicians are encouraged to expand services based on interests and community needs, including:
- Concussion management
- IUD / Nexplanon insertion
- Pessary care
Compensation & Benefits

- CME:
- $5,000 annual stipend
- 80 hours of CME time
- Paid Time Off:
