Piedmont Physician Network offers an exceptional opportunity for an Interventional Pain Management Specialist to build a thriving outpatient practice in the growing Fort Mill, South Carolina market. You'll join a hospital-employed group anchored by the newly opened Piedmont Medical Center – Fort Mill, a 100-bed, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced imaging, robotic surgery, and a full spectrum of specialty services. This is a purely outpatient role with no call, no nights, and no weekends — giving you the clinical focus and work-life balance that sustains a long, impactful career.

Position Highlights

  • Interventional Pain Management — outpatient practice, hospital employed
  • Monday–Friday schedule; no call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
  • Full procedural scope including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, EMG, and a broad range of injections and nerve blocks
  • Supported by Piedmont Medical Center – Fort Mill, a newly opened 100-bed facility with advanced imaging (MRI, CT), six multi-specialty ORs, and a brand-new da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system
  • Practice alongside a multidisciplinary team spanning cardiovascular, orthopedics, women's services, and critical care

Candidate Requirements

  • Board certified or board eligible in Pain Management
  • Dual board certification in Pain Management and Anesthesia preferred
  • Proficiency in interventional pain procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, and epidural injections
  • Experience with a wide range of pain management practices preferred
