What You’ll Do

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care to patients with complex mental health conditions
• Manage a patient load of approximately 18 patients per day
• Participate in involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health treatment
• Document patient care using WellSky EMR system
• Support unit operations with a focus on quality and safety

What You Need
Required:

• MD or DO degree with valid medical license in Delaware
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Experience with involuntary commitments and psychopharmacology
• Ability to work a day shift schedule with no call on evenings/weekends

Preferred:

• Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings
• Familiarity with WellSky EMR
