What You’ll Do:

• Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients with various diagnoses including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, and trauma-related disorders
• Manage pharmacotherapy and coordinate involuntary commitments as needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation using Wellsky EMR system
• Support a patient census averaging 18 patients daily
• Participate in a supportive team environment with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers

What You Need:

• Valid Delaware medical license and board certification in Psychiatry
• Minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatric experience
• Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
