What You’ll Do
- Provide inpatient psychiatric care to patients with complex mental health conditions
- Manage a patient load of approximately 18 patients per day
- Participate in involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team supporting mental health treatment
- Document patient care using WellSky EMR system
- Support unit operations with a focus on quality and safety
What You Need
Required:
- MD or DO degree with valid medical license in Delaware
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Experience with involuntary commitments and psychopharmacology
- Ability to work a day shift schedule with no call on evenings/weekends
Preferred:
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings
- Familiarity with WellSky EMR
