St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking Full Time Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join St Peter’s Family Heath Center in Albany, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to practice high quality, patient centered primary care within a physician governed organization supported by strong system resources and established patient panels. Position Details:

  • Full time outpatient primary care position with flexible scheduling options
  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to adult patient population.
  • Office has multiple specialties providing essential services to an underserved patient population including Pediatrics, OBGYN and Internal Medicine.
  • Minimal call rotation, with RN Triage serving as first call
  • These opportunities are not accepting J1 or H1B visa candidates

Recruitment Package:

St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates offers a comprehensive compensation package including:

  • Competitive salary range: $250,000 – $260,000 (full time equivalent; prorated based on part time FTE status)
  • RVU based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses
  • Starting bonus up to $75,000 (prorated for part time)
  • Retention bonus of $25,000 (prorated for part time)
  • The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, quality incentives, extra shift incentives, or other forms of additional compensation. Salary is provided in accordance with State law and may vary based on experience and role related factors.
  • Resident compensation package available for physicians looking to sign on early during residency
