Gastroenterology Hospitalist Opportunity in Palm Beach Market

• Full-Time Opportunity (7 on/7 off shift model; 24-hour shifts)
• Candidate will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Gastroenterology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), with fellowship training in Gastroenterology
• At least two years in an inpatient setting is required
• Requirements include MD/DO from an accredited institution, active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date), and satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• As a GI Hospitalist, you will oversee inpatient and/or ED consults, manage GI-related admissions, provide comprehensive evaluation and management of hospitalized adult/geriatric patients with acute and complex gastrointestinal conditions, and coordinate care with the broader GI and hospital medicine teams
• Patient volume is approximately 20-30 patients per day
• Procedures to be provided bedside and/or at endoscopy suite
