Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified in Internal Medicine.

Current and unrestricted Arizona physician license, or ability to obtain before start date.

Current DEA registration and authority to prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered, and culturally responsive care.
- Interest in teaching, mentoring, and supporting students and future healthcare professionals preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
