Highlights of the Position

  • Participate in the growth of an established Dermatology program that includes a Dermatopathologist and access to a strong network of primary care physicians.
  • Services include patch testing for allergic contact dermatitis investigation and treatment of common and rare skin diseases or tumors, local and systemic treatment of psoriasis and UVB phototherapy.
  • Access to specialized equipment includes the Excimer Laser, Sciton Joule Lasar, KTP Laser, Alexandrite Laser, Elos plus IPL and RF Laser, and Aerolase Laser Treatments.
  • Perform all phases of dermatology, all forms of cutaneous disease in adults and children.

  • Salary range of $450,000- $600,000

The Guthrie Clinic is a non-profit and practicing physician-led organization in the Twin Tiers of New York and Pennsylvania. Our multi-specialty group practice of nearly 1,000 physicians and advanced practice providers offers 47 specialties through a regional office network providing primary and specialty care in 13 counties.

Guthrie Medical Education Programs include General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Anesthesiology and Orthopaedic Surgery Residency, as well as Cardiovascular, Gastroenterology, Pulmonary Critical Care, Endocrinology and Hematology/Oncology Fellowship programs. Guthrie is also a clinical campus for the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.

Located in the Southern Tier of New York State, Binghamton is in Broome County, New York, a 3-hour drive from New York City and Philadelphia, and home to Binghamton University, the state of New York’s flagship public university, which has consistently ranked in the top 50 public universities in the country according to US News & World Report.  A midsize university town, the Binghamton area boasts great diversity in culture, religion and lifestyles.
