Brown University Health recently expanded its footprint into Southeastern Massachusetts and has an opportunity for a Board Certified or Eligible General Neurologist with interest in Neurophysiology/Neuromuscular or Epilepsy at Morton Hospital. Located between Boston, MA and Providence, RI this a great opportunity to serve the community while being part of a larger academically focused team while enjoying work-life balance.

About the Job:

  • Spend roughly 75% of time in an outpatient clinic located within the hospital
  • 25% time on inpatient consult
  • Opportunity for EMG and EEG
  • Option to participate in grand rounds and other scholarly pursuits at Rhode Island Hospital
  • See roughly 10-16 patients per day, with 60 minutes for new patients and 30-minute follow ups
  • Dedicated MA and shared administrative support
  • No Call

About you:

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Neurology
  • Strong interest in working in a community-based setting
  • Demonstrated interest or experience working with Neurophysiology/Neuromuscular or Epilepsy
  • 3+ years’ experience preferred but not required
