Exciting New OB Hospitalist Nocturnist Opportunity in Family-Friendly, Saratoga Springs, New York
Compensation Range: Compensation: $300K - $350K
Saratoga OB/GYN & Midwifery seeks a BC/BE OB/GYN Hospitalist to join our strong, dedicated team of physician OB/GYNs and Certified Nurse Midwives. Our team also includes several outpatient-only CNMs and NPs.
The Hospitalist will provide care to a full range of hospital-based OB/GYN patients. Our robust OB program is growing, with 986 deliveries in 2025.
Saratoga Hospital offers personalized care in both the hospital setting and in our outpatient women’s health care practice, located in a large, completely renovated space.
We anticipate the work schedule to include: 12-hour night shifts, 7 P – 7A, approximately 13 weeknight shifts (M-F) per 28-day schedule cycle. The occasional day shift may be required as part of the 13.
As part of our team, you will be expected to:
Provide in-hospital obstetrical services in collaboration with CNMs, including but not limited to emergency cesarean sections, spontaneous vaginal or operative vaginal births, triage of patients, and rounding on antepartum, laboring, and postpartum patients, performing circumcisions.
Support team members, in addition to exceptionally-trained and experienced RNs, including a Board Certified Neonatologist (Director of Newborn Medicine) and a team of NNPs. Anesthesia coverage is readily available.
