Carondelet Medical Group, a leading provider of cardiac care in Southern Arizona, is actively recruiting a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Cardiologist to join our well-established and highly respected practice in Tucson, Arizona.

This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a physician-driven team committed to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

  • Established, collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Typical schedule: 35-45 hours during clinic week
  • Shared hospital rotation – 7 days at a time (no calls past 5PM)
  • Hospital consults – include reading echo’s and EKG’s
  • Census: Clinic = 24-30 and Hospital = 10-25
  • Dedicated structural heart team to assist with high-risk patients, cardiogenic shock, structural/valvular heart disease

Candidate Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Cardiology
  • Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, and a passion for excellent patient care
