Brown University Health (BUH) has an opportunity for a board-certified rheumatologist interested in clinical work while also teaching residents and fellows. BUH Rheumatology is a program of Rhode Island Hospital, an affiliated hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. With us, you will provide compassionate, comprehensive care that alleviates our patients’ distress. Working alongside some of New England’s top rheumatologists, you will design treatment programs tailored to each person’s condition and need.

About the job:

  • Join a team of nine Rheumatologists, two RNs and Pharmacists
  • Strong support from a Medical Assistant
  • Call 1:6
  • EMR is Epic
  • Strong administrative support
  • 32 clinical hours, 8 administrative hours per week
  • Clinical Brown Academic Appointment with the opportunity to teach medical students, residents and fellows
  • Opportunities for clinical research
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible

 About you:

  • Board certified in Rheumatology
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine
  • 3+ Years experience
