The Practice: High Autonomy & Sustainable Pacing
Sustainable Workweek: 4-day clinical workweek paired with 1 dedicated administrative day.
Balanced Volume: Focused, relationship-driven care averaging approximately 15 patients per day.
Practice Scope: Primarily outpatient clinic with rewarding inpatient consult opportunities.
Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate closely with an on-site Radiation Oncologist, dedicated Oncology APP, specialized infusion RNs, clinical navigators, and oncology pharmacists .
Light Call: Strictly telephone-only call, limited to 8 days per month.
