Primary Care Physician $350,000+ 100% Outpatient | No Call | 12-15 Patients Per Day | Colorado Springs, CO

Join a well-established clinic in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado, that specializes in whole-person, senior-centered care. You ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality, value-based care without the pressure of high patient volume or after-hours call.
Practice Overview:
- Practice Type: outpatient primary care practice
- Patient Demographic: adults to seniors
- EMR: Allscripts
- Integrated AI tool for dictation, documentation, and summaries
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 12-15 patients per day
- 32 patient-facing hours, 8 administrative hours/week (admin work can be done from home)
- No Call
- No Nights or Weekends
Compensation & Incentives:
- Total Compensation: $350,000+
- Sign on Bonus: $30,000 (negotiable)
- Retention Bonus
- Productivity Bonus
- Partnership Track: Includes base + productivity + equity
