What You’ll Do

• Provide 24-hour in-house call coverage for urology patients
• Manage inpatient urology consults and perform rounding on new admissions and inpatients as needed
• Assist with common procedures such as kidney stone management, stent placement, hematuria management, and difficult catheter placements
• Respond promptly to call-ins within 20-minute onsite response time
• Document all call-back hours and clinical interactions accurately
• Collaborate with hospital staff for timely patient care and discharge planning

What You Need

• Valid Michigan medical license or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology
• 2+ years of relevant hospital or clinical urology experience preferred
• Ability to provide prompt onsite response and effective communication skills
• Willingness to work a 24-hour call schedule with occasional rounding and patient management
