Bon Secours Ear, Nose, Throat & Allergy of St. Mary’s is seeking a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist to join our growing practice in Richmond, Virginia. This is a unique opportunity to step into a well-established patient base within a thriving and expanding ENT service line—offering the ability to make an immediate clinical impact while growing into a long-term leadership role within the practice and health system.
You will provide comprehensive ENT care across both outpatient and hospital settings alongside a collaborative, experienced clinical team. With strong and increasing patient demand, this role offers robust clinical volume, a diverse procedural mix, and the opportunity to quickly establish yourself as a key physician in the region.
Role Highlights:
• Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call rotation: 1:4
• High-volume practice: 25–30 patients per day
• Diverse patient mix: ~20% pediatric / 80% adult
• Established referral network with strong regional demand
• Immediate opportunity to help expand ENT services across the market
What You’ll Do:
• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions ranging from routine to complex cases
• Perform a full spectrum of ENT procedures including sinus and septal surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, laryngoscopies, otologic procedures, rhinoplasties, and head & neck surgeries
• Collaborate closely with audiology, speech therapy, oncology, and other specialties to deliver fully integrated, multidisciplinary care
• Educate patients and families to support long-term outcomes and preventive care
• Participate in team-based care planning within a fast-paced, highly supportive environment
Qualifications:
• MD or DO with completion of Otolaryngology residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
• Active or eligible Virginia medical license
• Strong surgical skill set with broad procedural experience
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative clinical setting
