• Balanced academic schedule with 4.5 clinical days per week, protected administrative time, and a predictable clinic and OR structure that respects your time.
• Only 2–3 weeks of call per year - residents and fellows handle first call, you supervise. Your life outside the hospital remains yours.
• Clinic and ASC co-located at a single site - no travel between locations, no wasted time.

Qualifications: 

• Fellowship training in cornea ophthalmology; board-certified or board-eligible.
• Licensed or eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Florida.
• Clinically comfortable with complex corneal and anterior segment pathology.
