Holland Hospital is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a growing GI program with strong APP support, built-in demand, and an outstanding quality of life.

Practice Overview
- Employed position with Holland Hospital (501(c)(3))
- Join an established and growing Gastroenterology team with experienced APP support
- Mix of endoscopy, outpatient clinic, and inpatient consults
- APPs manage the majority of inpatient rounding, with the total daily inpatient census routinely fewer than 10 patients
- Clinic volume averages approximately 12 patients per day
- In-office procedures include capsule endoscopy
- EMR: Cerner (inpatient) and eClinicalWorks (outpatient), transitioning to Epic
Schedule
- 4-day clinical workweek plus 1 dedicated administrative day
- Flexible mix of endoscopy and clinic
- Endoscopy begins at 7:30 AM
- Clinic hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Call
- Shared 1:5 call rotation
- Strong APP support significantly reduces inpatient responsibilities
- Daily inpatient census is routinely fewer than 10 patients
- Additional compensation of $750 per day for call exceeding 7 days per month until fully staffed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $600,000–$653,000
- Productivity-based RVU bonus
- Annual quality incentive
- Sign-on bonus based on experience
- Up to $75,000 in student loan repayment (in addition to PSLF eligibility)

Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Open to general GI physicians and physicians with subspecialty interests
