Nationwide Hospitalist Physician – $40K Sign-On

Hospital medicine requires balance—between patient volume, coordination, and continuity of care. The right environment makes that balance possible. We’re adding a Traveling Hospitalist STAT Physician to our team nationwide.

Practice Highlights:

• Up to $40K sign-on bonus

• Nationwide practice across USACS partner sites

What your practice will look like:
You’ll work across multiple USACS partner hospitals, providing hospitalist coverage where it’s needed most. The STAT program offers variety in practice settings while maintaining consistency through USACS-supported teams, workflows, and clinical resources.

About the role:
The Strategic Traveling Ambassador Team (STAT) is a unique program designed for Physicians seeking flexibility, travel, and diverse clinical experiences. Physicians live where they choose while traveling to support sites nationwide, with schedules planned in advance and no on-call shifts.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Estimated employed W-2 compensation: $180–$200/hour

Requirements:
