What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 34-bed Level III NICU with diverse caseloads
- Participate in daily neonatal rounds and create/update patient care plans
- Collaborate within a team of 2 neonatologists and 4 neonatal nurse practitioners
- Oversee and support 24/7 in-house NNP coverage
- Manage newborn nursery rounds and neonatal transports as needed
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with quality improvement initiatives
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality neonatal outcomes
What You Need:
Required:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Pediatrics and Neonatology
- Residency within the immediate local area; relocation may be necessary
- Must be able to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred:
- 1+ years of neonatal or intensive care experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
