Breast Surgeon – Fort Wayne, Indiana - Work /life Balance

American Oncology Network is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Breast Surgeon to join a well-established, multidisciplinary cancer program in Fort Wayne. This is an excellent opportunity to build a robust breast surgery program with strong clinical support, referral patterns, and access to comprehensive oncology services.

You will collaborate closely with medical oncology, radiation oncology, and a dedicated support team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This position offers the opportunity to shape and grow a breast program within a thriving community practice, while benefiting from the infrastructure and resources of a national network.
