• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (mix of hospital rounds, OR, and clinic, no night/weekend call)
• Hours/week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licensure/Certifications: PA or IMLC LOQ, DEA required, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Experience: Minimum 3 years preferred (new grads considered with clean file)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general urology services, including ureteroscopies and consults
• Perform hospital rounds and assist with emergent and scheduled procedures
• Manage a patient population aged primarily adult patients (no pediatrics)
• Collaborate with a specialized and experienced team to deliver quality care
• Document patient interactions and procedures using EPIC EMR
• Contribute to a well-equipped practice with 9 exam rooms and 3 procedure rooms
• Support clinic operations and occasional hospital call coverage

What You Need:

• Active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• DEA registration
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology
• Minimum 3 years of relevant outpatient and hospital experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently with a support staff of 3 medical assistants, 1 LPN, surgical scheduler, and front office team
