Job Description

The Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Emergency Medicine is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pediatrician to join our Pediatric Emergency Medicine team, with primary responsibilities in the Emergency Department Fast Track and anticipated expansion into future pediatric urgent care settings. This role is ideal for a clinician with strong pediatric training and clinical experience in outpatient or urgent care settings who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate and efficient care. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player, demonstrating productivity and adaptability while working alongside multidisciplinary colleagues. Exceptional communication skills are essential, with a focus on building trust and effectively engaging with patients and families. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to an evolving care model that expands access and enhances patient-centered pediatric emergency and urgent care services.
