Physician, Obstetrics - Gynecology Generalist (San Francisco, CA)

Sutter West Bay Medical Group is recruiting a full-time board-certified/board-eligible OB/GYN generalist to join an established, collaborative team caring for patients across the greater San Francisco area. New graduates are welcome.

You will provide a full scope of outpatient obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive surgery, and deliver at California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). Our model is built for high-quality, team-based care: you ll work alongside experienced physician colleagues, partner with an outstanding midwifery program, and collaborate closely with OB/GYN hospitalists and surgical subspecialists so you can focus on patients while maintaining a sustainable, rewarding practice.

• Established, collegial OB/GYN team within a large multi-specialty physician network

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal care, gynecologic care, and office procedures
• Perform gynecologic surgery, including minimally invasive approaches as appropriate
• Participate in obstetric call and inpatient coverage in collaboration with OB/GYN hospitalists and the midwifery team
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, and other surgical subspecialists when indicated

Qualifications:

• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG)
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• Patient-centered, team-oriented approach; comfortable practicing in close collaboration with midwives and hospital-based colleagues
