Care team model with 9 anesthesiologists and 25 APPs
Up to $125,000 start bonus for cardiac-capable candidates
Cases include trauma, ortho, general surgery, vascular, GYN, urology, OB, GI, cath lab
*24-hr in house OB CRNA

HCA Florida Fort Walton–Destin Hospital is a 330-bed, full-service acute care facility serving the Emerald Coast and surrounding tri-county area. As the region's only Level II Trauma Center, the hospital delivers advanced, comprehensive care across a wide range of specialties.
The facility offers a robust surgical program, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, orthopedic/spine, robotic-assisted, and minimally invasive procedures.
