We’re adding an Emergency Medicine EMS Director at Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

What your leadership role will look like:

You’ll serve as a key operational and clinical leader within the emergency department, partnering with hospital administration, EMS leadership, and physician teams to support high-quality emergency care and strong prehospital relationships. This role combines departmental leadership with EMS oversight, helping drive clinical consistency, physician support, operational improvement, and collaborative relationships throughout the community and hospital system.

About the Facility:

Indiana Regional Medical Center is a 164-bed acute care community hospital serving western Pennsylvania. Nearly every specialty of medicine and surgery is represented throughout the hospital, including a 12-bed ICU and a high-volume emergency department serving approximately 39,000 patients annually. IRMC remains one of the few independent, community-owned healthcare systems in Pennsylvania.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
