Urgent Care Physician (1.0 Fte) – Green Bay

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin

Join a Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Urgent Care Practice

Bellin Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Urgent Care Physician to join our team in Green Bay on a full-time (1.0 FTE) basis. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a high-volume, patient-centered environment with strong support from advanced practice clinicians.

The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys clinical variety, and is comfortable supporting and overseeing APCs.

Position Highlights

• 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
• Schedule:
• 8–12 hour shifts
• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (7 days/week)
• No call responsibilities
• Rotating weekend schedule
• Average volume: 30–40 patients per day
• Team-based care: Typically 1–2 APCs per shift

Practice Details

• Fast-paced urgent care environment with a wide variety of cases
• Collaborative model with strong APP/APC support
• Opportunity to work independently while maintaining team integration

• Ultrasound
• Behavioral Health
• Occupational Health

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in:
• Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine
• Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
• Eligible for and able to maintain unrestricted licensure
• Meet all Bellin Medical Staff requirements
• Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, ATLS
• Ability to treat patients across all age groups
