Orlando Health is seeking full-time OB/GYN Hospitalists to join their dedicated team at the renowned Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies in Orlando, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity for an OB/GYN physician looking for a shift-based, no-call lifestyle with outstanding compensation and the backing of one of the nation's premier women's health facilities.

Position Highlights

  • No call outside of scheduled shifts — true work/life balance
  • Shift-based schedule — 10 shifts per month with the ability to pick up additional shifts for increased earning potential
  • Coverage of a large hospital own group's attached patients, no unassigned patients
  • Winnie Palmer Hospital delivers approximately 4,000 babies per year through this OB/GYN team at a 350-bed facility specializing exclusively in women's and newborn care — Level 4 NICU on site
  • Direct access to 100+ specialties within Orlando Health, including MFM, Urogyn, MIGS, and Fetal Surgery through the Women's Institute
  • Optional teaching opportunities available through the Faculty OB/GYN Hospitalist team

Compensation & Benefits

  • $325,000+ base salary 
  • $75,000 starting bonus
  • $30,000 annual quality incentive
  • Malpractice coverage with no tail required — coverage follows you after employment ends
  • Full benefits starting Day 1
  • PSLF eligible 
  • Annual CME stipend

Requirements

  • MD or DO
  • Florida Medical License (or ability to maintain)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
  • Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience
