Premier Health is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join a practice in Sussex County, New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care, including preventative services, chronic disease management, and acute care, within a collaborative, patient-focused team.The position offers strong clinical support and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.

Premier Health Associates is a physician-led multispecialty group with more than 20 primary care providers and 10 specialists, along with chiropractic services, clinical research, and an ambulatory surgery center. With 13 locations serving Sussex County, Warren County, NJ, and Pike County, PA, the organization is committed to delivering high-quality care while supporting its physicians both professionally and personally, promoting a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Both experienced physicians and new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey

Salary Range: $255,000–$285,000 base salary only; excludes any productivity incentives
