Family Medicine Physician - Payson, Arizona

Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join a mission-driven team delivering accessible, high-quality primary care to the communities of northern Arizona — with the lifestyle and scenery of the Mogollon Rim as your backdrop.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• Pure outpatient practice — no hospital call, no inpatient rounding
• Flexible scheduling: choose 4- or 5-day work weeks with 8- or 10-hour day options
• Manageable patient volume: 20–22 patients per day
• In-office procedures allowed but never required
• Call backed by FM Residents — residents reach out to you only when they need guidance
• EPIC EMR with Dragon Speak dictation

REQUIREMENTS

• MD or DO 
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine 
• Active or eligible Arizona medical license
• Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required
